Our products are limited to the available quantities and are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Return Policy. We strongly advise reading all product descriptions carefully and verifying measurements and sizing for garments before making a purchase. As per the Australian Consumer Law, we are not obligated to provide refunds or replacements if you change your mind. However, faulty products may be returned under our standard returns policy. 4. Accuracy of Product Representation

Sale items are non-refundable. Please choose your sale items carefully, as returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

At Nordie Studio, we are committed to maintaining transparency in our pricing. As we are registered for Goods and Services Tax (GST), all displayed prices include tax. There are no additional charges. Should there be any changes in the future, we will ensure that updates are clearly communicated on our website.

Please be advised that the delivery fee is not included in the displayed price for our products. For detailed information regarding applicable charges, kindly refer to our Delivery Guidelines. 

At Nordie Studio, orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel any orders where payment has not been received in full. This policy ensures efficient and secure transactions for all our customers.
