Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
At Nordie Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.
As a small business operated by a sole trader, we do not offer free returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, we understand that changes are sometimes necessary and are happy to accommodate such requests. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer
You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order. To initiate a request, please contact us at nordiestudio.au@gmail.com within this timeframe. If the request is outside of the 15-day timeframe, we regretfully cannot process it. We appreciate your understanding and careful selection before purchase.
Return Policy:
- All items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- You have the option to use your preferred shipping service; however, please ensure to provide us with the tracking number for your return shipment.
- Alternatively, we offer a convenient return label for $12.99, which will be deducted from your original payment for added ease and tracking assurance.
- For Melbourne customers, dropping off your return at any of our pick-up locations incurs no handling fee.
Exchange Policy:
- We offer a discounted shipping fee of $10 for exchanges to ship items back to you.
- For local pick-up exchanges, please arrange via DMs or email.
- Detailed cost information will be provided via email before proceeding with the exchange, ensuring clarity and transparency.
- Once we receive your returned item and confirm it's in its original condition and packaging, we will process the refund within 1-7 business days back to your original payment method.
- If using your own service, please use a reliable and trackable delivery service for your return and provide us with the tracking number as Nordie Studio will not take responsibility for any returns lost or damaged in transit.
- Please be informed that there are specific conditions under which you may not be eligible for a refund from Nordie Studio. These conditions include instances where an incorrect address is provided, the item is lost during transit, or if the item goes missing or is stolen after delivery. Furthermore, refunds will not be issued if no specific reason is provided for the return.
- Each order undergoes strict quality inspections during the packing process. However, if you receive a faulty or defective product, please contact us at nordiestudio.au@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, clear photographs of the damage, and a brief description of the fault.
- Faulty items are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost or a full refund.
- Nordie Studio reserves the right to decline service to individuals engaging in fraudulent behaviour or abusing our return policies.
