Delivery & Local Pick-Up Guidelines

1. Order Processing Time

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible (usually within 24 hours), subject to product availability and credit verification. Please note that the time frames are estimates and may be extended during busy holiday periods. 

2. Local Pick-Up

  • 357 Collins Street, Melbourne 3000.
    • Pick-up time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
    • Please inform us of your preferred pick-up time in advance via direct messages (DMs) or email. 

3. Shipping

All orders will be delivered via Australia Post. Please allow 2-7 business days for delivery. If you require express shipping, please contact us via DMs or email. 
  • Free shipping for orders over $169
  • Flat rate of AUD $9.90 for orders under $169

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. 

Note: At the moment, we are focusing on growing our Australian customer base and will only provide delivery within Australia.

4. Order Modification and Cancellation

Please ensure your shipping and order details are accurate before placing your order. If you need to make changes to your order, shipping address, or cancel your order, kindly reach out to us at nordiestudio.au@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Please note that after this period, we may not be able to accommodate changes as your order may already be prepared for delivery.

5. Handling Delivery Issues

If your shipment experiences delays, loss, or damage, please reach out to Australia Post directly for assistance. While Nordie Studio is not responsible for delays caused by our shipping partner, we are committed to supporting you in any way possible, such as assisting with filing a claim with Australia Post for compensation, etc. Your satisfaction is our priority.
